• Has undertaken over 3,000 complex valuation assignments out of over 10,000 cases handled in past two decades, of individual size up to $ 150 Mn.
• Rendering faculty services across India in the field of Management, Valuation, Finance, Credit appraisal to various educational & professional bodies including to Private & Public Sector Banks.
• Published over 40 papers in the field of valuation.
• Contributed to Central Valuation Committee – Govt. of Karnataka as its member for over four years while fixing Guideline value for property registration across Karnataka.
• Contributed to Independent Evaluation Committee (IEC) of RBI as its member in matters relating to Debt restructuring of very large corporate accounts.
• Contributed to Institution of Valuers, Delhi as its central Council member.
• Rendered Professional service to Various Public & Private Sector Banks, MNC’s and Corporates in the capacity as Registered Valuer under Company Act 2013 as well under Wealth Tax Act 1957.
